Owen was absolutely fantastic! He was very straight and honest with me, answered every question I had. I’m a data analyst, so believe me, I had a LOT! No dealership with hours of me has an EV9, so he worked with me to get everything taken care of remotely, and is sending me final papers to sign physically, then the vehicle will be shipped.
Finance manager got me a better rate than I was originally quoted, from $765 to $703, my ideal payment was $700, so I am very happy!

Did you get a dealer discount at all?

This seems very expensive for a colorado deal. What was the dealer discount?

I think this would have been cheaper as a 24 month.

I believe dealer discount was $2100

My credit is 670, so Kia wouldn’t do a 24mo. At 740 credit, it was $22 cheaper.
I’d rather have it for 36 months too

Your effective payment is 758/month.

For an MSRP of 77,950, you could have gotten at least $2-3k more off MSRP before incentive. And since you were already shipping the car, you could have expanded your search out farther for only $100-$200 more in shipping costs.

Congrats on your new vehicle.

Dang man idk, there are other Colorado posters here doing the EV9 for ~$250/mo effective.

There was a Labor Day special that I think was ~250/mo, but required 840 credit, and about $7500 down and was ONLY for the Light RWD (NOT the Long Range), so about a $20k diff in MSRP.

Not true. But anyways now deal is signed, so can’t be reverted.

Enjoy your new Electrifying EV9

That’s not a good deal at all. So it goes. If you are happy with the payment and you like the car then that is all that matters

Here you go

Like I said, credit was certainly a factor in my deal. I went from a $1000/mo payment on a Tahoe with $150-200/mo gas to $700/mo pmt, and prob $40/mo in electric charging at home.
I looked into several other vehicles (Ariya, Prologue, Blazer) and all numbers I got on them were in the $500-600 range… Again, due to my credit, and Honda wanted $5k down.
So yeah, I’m pretty happy with what I ended up with, and I preferred the 3yr lease, but everyone else the numbers on 3yr were considerably higher. So maybe a 2yr on the EV9 would be considerably less, but I didn’t even qualify for an offer due to my credit.

congrats man! I’m looking to get the GTL for ~$700 as well in WA but the dealers aren’t budging and the rebates are trending down :frowning:
