I have taken a couple deals from brokers here but this is the first one I negotiated myself so I wanted to share. Not as great as some other ones due to NY having taxes on EVs, and no good state rebates, but still a pretty strong deal I feel. Dealer also added $1,000 dealer flex cash to get me to where I wanted to be, which might not be replicable on all deals.
Happy to share dealer contact if somebody is interested in reaching out to them.

May have some buyer’s remorse on my 2024 Ioniq 6 SEL RWD. Those Kia EV6’s look insane and looks like you got a great deal too!
Wonder what we’ll all do in 2-3 years with these cheaply leased EV’s. Do folks believe prices will be BELOW or ABOVE our residuals? I am betting below our Residual. Thoughts?
Thanks! The discount is not crazy like some others here but all the other fees are pretty lean + the $500 rebate is nice if you’re in NY, so when you draw the line the whole package looks pretty decent.
I am pretty confident they will be below the residuals as the EV market is rapidly evolving and any technological advancement will make the earlier models depreciate like crazy. Especially if/when the standard becomes 400 mile range, as opposed to the 250-300 one right now, all the older ones will drop like crazy in value (which is a balance all manufacturers will probably try to strike by not dropping a dramatically better model that will kill the market for their used ones).
