Flex-cash is a monthly allotment the manuf allots to dealers to use at their discretion. The total amount of flex-cash varies per month from the manuf. (according to previous month’s sales) and varies from the dealer to each customer to make a sale. Logic might dictate that this is used more in the beginning of each month?
