SIGNED: 2024 Jeep Wagoneer S Launch Edition $72,590 MSRP, $2,500 DAS, $208/mo, 24m/10k

This is a possibility, I was recently conversing with someone about their Scat Pack deal and the GM was able to convince their owner to let him use $5k from their marketing budget in order to make it happen.

Interesting. I’m surprised they aren’t dumping these to employees. They could probably do single pays around $2500 on either the wagoneer or scat pack.

Well if it’s a small rural dealer that could be a problem. You can’t practically give these away to dealership employees if the dealership employees don’t WANT them. They may already have a car they are happy with and they don’t want to spend the money on it or the insurance. They might not have the credit score to qualify. There’s a lot of variables.

I know what you mean. I recieved a few ridiculous counters during my search.

The 2024s are becoming more scarce but the program on the 2025s seems to be improving. The 2025s also include a lower MSRP Limited trim.

I recently received a follow-up from a SM that wasn’t able to match or beat my deal but said he would come ā€œcloseā€. He was checking in to see if I took delivery. This dealer is located in PA and has one remaining 2024. He just recieved a truck full of 2025s so he may be motivated.

PM me if interested. Please note your deal will depend on what rebates you qualify for and have to factor in your state’s sales tax. He also claimed he did not have any BEV coupons remaining.

I agree. I picked up two EVs from the same area in VA from two separate dealers almost exactly one year apart. The first was my Kia EV6 GT. In general, there seems to be much less interest in EVs in that area and that was confirmed by the lack of charging options on my drive home. Another factor is the implication of VA sales tax as I believe it’s levied upfront on the full sale price of the vehicle and not the lease payment. It makes it a tough sell locally being they are overpriced and have a hefty MSRP.

$20,500 before the BEV coupons!?
Where’s a good place to check all the incentives to verify what I qualify for?

Become a Super Supporter and gain access to RateFindr in the calculator. The Edmunds forums can be helpful as well for some, but usually not all incentives.

Without BEV coupons I would move on to the next.

I use the rate calculator on this site for my numbers.

Do the BEV coupons really matter if the dealer is able to get you to your target deal?

Bingo

In my opinion you can go in with a structure of how you want the deal to look like, but if the dealer gets to your overall target who really cares how they had to do it. I’m not saying that you should totally disregard the numbers that the dealer is putting in front of you but if the dealer gets to your target price who really cares if on their end they added in bs like vin etching or other stuff. If your target is still lower than what other dealers would give without that bs (or in this case BEV coupons) just take the deal and be done

Even at $200 a month, I’m still not convinced. Great hack but shitty car. I won’t be surprised if these go below $150 soon

Honestly I wasn’t either. But I picked up a Limited for $206 all in for 24/10 and the second I test drove it I knew I’d sign. 0-60 in 4 seconds on this thing is insane. Even for $300 I’d say it’s a really good deal on this car.

What’s your insurance like on this? I was thinking about grabbing one of these after my Rubicon 4xe, for cheap. My rubicon was $480 for 6 months Full coverage, this was almost $2000 for 6 months. nopeeeee

It’s an upgrade from the fleet of Ariya’s I’m hoping @SzaroJr is replacing.

I want to know what kind of real-world range it gets.

Replying to myself because I stand corrected. Already having issues with this thing. Keys in hand and none of the doors will unlock. Can’t open any of the 4 doors to get in.

My cousin and brother in law for a CDJR store and both got a Wagoneer S last month with the dealer employee pricing lease incentive. They are both paying below $200 with nothing down, but haven’t made it more than 3 consecutive days without a vehicle issue needing to go back into the shop. So essentially they’re paying $150 and change per month so far to drive Compass loaners, lol

Does anyone know if it’s possible to get out of a lease? Not to blow things out of proportion but I just signed 2 days ago and my family was inside when this POS wouldn’t unlock.

Realistically there’s 3 ways

  • call the dealer who sold it to you. Probably 2% chance of them unwinding the deal if it isn’t funded. 0% if it is funded
  • bring it in for service and collect documentation to hopefully qualify & file for lemon law (if your state has a process/procedure)
  • pay tens of thousands of dollars in negative equity to buy yourself out of it on a different car

Thanks will try for 1st or 2nd option. Probably already funded I signed Tuesday. Will take multiple issues I believe for lemon law but hopefully this is the last.
