After seeing a few posts on 13 months Ioniq 5 leases, I decided to try my luck here in Oregon. Initially wanted a SE AWD due to low MSRP (there isn’t any RWD in stock in Oregon and Washington), asking for 3k off is almost like pulling teeth, and after several failed attempts, I had luck with the 5th dealer. A different dealer was able to do 4k off a SE AWD, but wouldn’t allow me to transfer plates, which will cost me another ~$800.
I was told my several dealers that they couldn’t do one pay, and since the number makes sense, I didn’t push further. I did transfer my existing license plate to get to these numbers. Overall I’m happy paying $1,711 for a 13 months lease. This isn’t like CA deals, but I don’t have to worry about 2nd year registration 
I entered the numbers on the calculator, but it doesn’t add up. It’s showing $168/mo.
