Really wanted the S or even a standard for the lower price, but they kept selling before I could secure one. Went in the dealership to see the features of the last remaining ID.4 they had, and loved the top of the line model for the price. Feel like I would have been happy in the S for 24 months, but those were hardest to secure. So it came down to this one or the lowest base model (standard), difference in payment of ~ $140 a month, so I splurged and went with this one.
Feel like I could have maybe gotten a touch better deal if I pushed, but very happy with the staff at my local/closest dealership and the deal and love the vehicle so far!
You’ll be glad you got the Pro.S instead of the S, with the larger battery. My parents have a Pro.S RWD and the range is about 260 at 100% per the gauge cluster, or around 190-200 daily charged to 80%. Realistic highway range is less and depends on weather in your locale, we live in Texas so it’s warm most of the year. You will also use a little more energy being AWD than they do, but your car is also capable of being quite a bit faster, i.e., 7.0 0-60 with RWD vs in the 4s with AWD.
