I finally got a taker after a couple weeks of emailing and texting dealers within a couple hours of me, asking for $6,500 single pay total on a 2024 Ioniq 5 SEL AWD.
2024 Hyundai Ioniq 5 SEL AWD
MSRP $51,174
Selling price $49,803
Total due at signing $6,451.
Total cost after OR EV rebate (and disposition fee) $4,351. $181/month effective.
Thanks everyone.

I felt cursed living in WA but not seeing any luck with dealers offering one-pay leases. Could you please PM me the dealership and sales person contact to replicate or even come closer to this deal? Thanks in advance as I feel like I’m just losing time trying to make this work for the past 2 weeks with no luck and I can travel to OR instead.

Thanks for sharing! I too would like to know dealer/sales info. Btw you have it listed under King county WA on the signed page.
Very interested too, I’d appreciate if you could DM me as well. Is it attractive to the dealers to do single pay? Also, do you expect any issues with the Oregon rebate given the MSRP? I don’t know what Oregon means when they say “base” MSRP must be below 50k.
Edit: looks like “base” MSRP means that the base model of the vehicle has to be available for under $50k. Going over that on options or trim is fine. I wish they’d just say that on the website.
I’ve had a pretty mixed reaction from dealers with single pay. A few flat out refused to do it. Those that were willing to do the calcs didn’t always do them correctly. One manager told me that the reason some don’t want to do it because they just don’t know how. I’ll DM you the dealer, although I think they’ll likely give you the run around. and make excuses. Just stand pat on your offer, contact multiple dealers and be willing to sign on short notice and I think you can get there.
Can I know how you phrased your offer? Also how do you know who to email for offers?
I’d appreciate if you could DM me as well. I tested drove the Ioniq 5 today and the numbers are pretty far off yours. Thank you!
After looking at the signed deals here I set a target of $6500 total, including taxes/fees etc. That way I didn’t have to haggle about their various add-ons. I used cars.com for my search since that shows how long a car has been listed, and also give you options on who to contact.
