Thanks! This has been a culmination of about 4.5 months of extensive and obsessive research! We’re super excited, it’s supposed to be picked up for transport tomorrow. Hoping it will get here by the end of the week. It’s definitely been a pain communicating with the dealer after signing and sending the $2000, but should all be worth it! They’re actually waiving the next payment since they dropped the ball on getting everything buttoned up on their end and getting it delivered to me by our agreed date of today, June 9th. Originally signed for a $377 monthly about 2 weeks back and they had to draw it up again to get it funded.
Funnily enough, they first sent me an offer for $758/mo with $1999 down for the 36mo/15k and I just annotated it with their advertised discounts and the incentives, MF, residual with the payment I should be at and they sent it back basically matching that! Super lucky!
Almost 30% of MSRP is wild. I have never seen that big of a discount on a Lightning. Were they advertising anywhere near that much of discount before you negotiated?
24 Lightning Platinum’s have an additional $7500 dealer cash which the OP is not showing listed under incentives so one can only assume is baked into the dealer discount. That makes the actual discount closer to 22% – which is still amazing.

They were advertising $25,000 off originally (crazy!), but I feel those usually don’t apply to leases or include other dealer specific trade-in or finance incentives. They didn’t have it broken down in any way. Like I mentioned above, they first drew it up with no RCL incentives and they wanted $758/mo and $1999 cash down and that didn’t include shipping. They also had the Georgia sales tax and some dealer adds I had them remove.

Visor.vin only shows (42) 2024 Platinums left for sale in USA. All available Platinums are over 500 miles from me. So shipping is needed so can be any dealer. Any suggestions for a dealer group that is open to lease negotiations on one of these Platinums?
