Saw some of the other deals on here, reached out to a couple brokers, and threw some lines to dealers in a 200 mile radius. Had a couple of bites, but this dealer was able to get where I wanted in the trim and color I really wanted: Lariat in Antimatter Blue. I saw other trims getting 8% off so that was my target. I started at 10%, but ended up at just a hair under 8%, and had them throw in some all-weather mats at the end. (I would have bought them anyways, so it sweetened the pot a bit)
The basic rebates for leasing plus a $2500 direct offer I got while building an F150 on the website. It was better than the x-plan stack on leases with this dealer discount.
It literally popped up within 15 minutes of being on the site after searching inventory then building out a custom build. Not sure if that had any impact
Did that about a dozen times over the past 2 months with several different web browsers. Idk if their algorithm is completely random but i could never get it to trigger the private offer
Same here no luck on a private offer that would push me over the edge. Tried all different kinds of tricks, incognito, looking at inventory and building, etc.
How exactly does this offer pop up when/if it does? For those that did get one, what stage of the process of building, etc were you? Was it a random pop up window? Just trying to figure out what it looks like so that I don’t miss it or can trigger it.
It was a pop up window and I had been searching inventory and building out my own custom build. I was also a previous ford owner and had reserved a Lightning when it first came out. I canceled that reservation 2 years ago though.
