First lease! This forum + the calculator were super helpful in locking this down. Found a dealer who was willing to honor their advertised discount, then negotiated down most add-ons and MF by offering to sign the next day. Ultimately they used flex cash to offset a highly profitable add-on in the contract.

$12,700 is the base lease cash Kia is offering on this trim for 24/10. $5,350 is courtesy of Colorado taxpayers.
The final thousand is Kia Flex Cash. They’re basically coupons that Kia gives to dealers, which dealers can use at their discretion, up to $1K per customer. Sounds like they usually run out by mid-month. I asked this dealer to remove a charge for vin-etching, but they decided to just tack on flex cash instead. Probably doesn’t hurt to ask if a dealer has any flex cash certificates they could apply to your deal, especially if you’re leasing early in the month.
