@NickF curious if you were able to do 2 of the $500 GM Sign & Spend incentives between you and spouse?
I’m trying to figure out what GM rebates are stackable and/or usable across the different GM incentive categories. And whether/how I can stack if I co-sign a lease with my GM Retiree father vs. me solo signing the lease. Separate households in same ZIP.
My scenario, I’m target leasing a 2024 Equinox EV 2RS:
My (son of GM Retiree) Household:
- Competitors Vehicle owned BMW 2023 ($1500)
- GM Sign & Spend ($500)
His (GM Retiree) Household:
- Employee/Retiree Discount or EV allowance ($2250)*
- Costco Member ($1000)
- Current GM Lease 2022 in household ($1000)
*Cannot stack Employee with Competitor is my understanding. But I’m hoping I can mix and match for $3500 or more.

Should he/we just play around with gmfamilyfirst to see what we can combine? He hasn’t hit the “Get Authorization Number” button on any of the incentive categories to generate any yet.

I actually only did one GM credit card signups for $500. I believe you CAN do 2, one sign up for each person in the couple independently. (My wife didn’t want to travel to Baltimore to sign the papers (We live in NJ)).
Generally, I think you can stack using the following guidelines / questions:
- What do you drive? (Bolt Loyalty, Lease Loyalty, Conquest Cash - pick one for this category)
- Where do you work? (GM employee discount / supplier discount / military / first responder / teacher etc - pick one from this category)
- Are you a Costco member (another $1k)
- Wild card - do you have a GM employee pricing “invitation” - Ive heard GM executives get two to give away annually. I have not confirmed this independently.
Correct - employee and competitor do not stack. but supplier and competitor do stack.
On GM family first website - there are two different authorizations - one for ICE, another for EV - chose appropriate one for what you’re looking for.

You can do more than one purchase with Bolt Loyalty. Not sure what the upper limit is, I stopped at 2. GM employee rebate has a limit of 6 per year I think - dont quote me on the exact number, Id have to look.
How could I not at these numbers?

I’m in MD! Is it possible to get a similar deal if I don’t qualify for the incentives?
Unfortunately not and the additional bad news is that MD sales tax from the selling price kills every lease deal.
