I was not aware blazer had a dealer cash.
I think despite saying “Dealer Cash” it may be better worded if it said “Dealer Contribution” or “Dealer Discount”.
Hopefully OP can confirm.

It was actually LAUNCH EDITION CREDIT $3,520.
Interestingly enough the dealer just called me about transportation, and I asked him.
He actually said there was a $2000 dealer cash on my deal.
Not sure where to confirm that on the paperwork, other then MSRP vs Selling price
