WOW! What a deal! CONGRATULATIONS!! I’m in NorCal and I tried to make a deal for a 2024 Lyriq just two months ago and could not get the monthly payment below $980 mo with $3K due at signing. I ended up getting a ZDX.

Was the Acquisition Fee $695 waived for you or not? Did you do this deal in April or March?
I can’t seem to get your monthly figure and DAS using the calculator. Have you inputted your numbers to see how it shows on the lease calculator?
I got a 2024 tech AWD in texas $63,110 MSRP loaner in oct 2024 for $259/month 24/10K with $259 due at signing. Your deal still beat mine even if you roll the $1100 into the monthly payment, because your residual was not as high as mine which means you had to work harder.

Didn’t pay acquisition fee, I signed the lease on March 31st.
I wonder if that is also going on for April too. Is the waiving of Acquisition fee available to everyone or only those with GM affiliated codes that are used as incentives for leases?
Since you got a Lux1 how is the stereo system in your car since lots of complaints on the stock system that is on the Lux1/Sport1 vs the AKG in the L2/S2 trim? Do also miss not having Super Cruise and ventilated seats? I want the Lux2/Spt2, but if the deal is better on a Lux1/Spt1 then I will forgo those additional options and go with a Lux1/Spt1.
Without additional details, making such a comparison is not helpful.
Was it a new car?
Were they offering any discount off the MSRP?
Did your deal include any rebates? If yes, California likes to tax those rebates.
What were the mileage terms?

I mean stereo system is definitely not great, I even tried adjusting the settings and it still sucks. I’ve never dealt with super cruise or anything similar so it didn’t really matter to me that I didn’t have it. I have another vehicle with ventilated so I do miss those. But for the deal I was ok with giving up a few things and I still really like the car.

I’m a bit perplexed how you got the 79% residual. Highest I’ve got was 75% and currently see 72-73%. Did you show them some document from GMF or did they simply just offer it to you?
On 2024 Lyriq Luxury 1 AWD the for 24/10K the RV is 79%. Each trim has different RVs. Luxury 2 will be lower and Luxury 3 will be lower than Luxury 2. It will depend whether RWD or AWD, 24 or 36 months, and number of miles (10K, 12K, 15K, etc.). The RV numbers are set by the bank each month and does not change for that month.
For this month a Lux2 AWD with 24/12K the RV is 75%. Same 24/12K for RWD will be 71%.

Thanks for that clarification. I’m on a 2024 lux 2 rwd. 24/10k. What residual would that be for this month? Are you a dealer or do you get your numbers from some database?
