Signed a 2024 840i loaner in NorCal. If you can find a remaining 2024, there’s still a hefty incentive from BMWFS, 8k lease cash and 2k loyalty. I did one pay because the dealership would not do MSDs and they wouldn’t budge on the max markup on MF. I also had to pay half price for PermaPlate. Still a good deal, but I did agree on those terms as they held their ground and needed profit on the back end.

Great deal. And before people go and try to replicate- it won’t be easy. Congrats OP. These 8 series are some of the best looking bmw’s in the last decade
I tried closing on this exact car on the last day of the month but the sales person wouldn’t budge on the deal. Best I got was $684 with 0 DAS for 36/10. Crazy that it was listed at that sale price for close to a month!
Nice. I was trying to close it the last day of the month too, and they wanted to wait on another buyer… guess that was you. Agreed to terms at close of business that day and went and signed it two days later. Similar terms to you if I made it 36/10 instead of 24/7.5.
Thanks all for the feedback - great car, and it’s going to be fun for the next two years.
From responding to PMs and helping some others look in their region, I think the 2024 inventory may be close to tapped out (or no dealer is going to let theirs go for this much of a discount – possibly tariffs and expectations for future inventory). Perhaps the 2025s still have some options.
