That’s pretty close to the best deal i could negotiate last month. Although I think deal is slightly better this month, lower MF slightly lower residual but they are covering the first months payment plus more incentives. It was very difficult to get much more discount than what you got. The only dealer that I got that was in that range negated part of it with add ons, the other dealers were even lower on discount with no addons. Nobody locally was willing to entertain anything over 7%, most were half, plus they charge $599 or $699 doc fee. Enjoy!

I am getting offers at $4,500 under MSRP before the $7500 and $1,750 but they are dicking around with the money factor and residual on me and quoting $600 to $625 here in Southern California. The California $7,500 clean vehicle rebate program funds are all used up for 2023, which is bullshit considering we have a phase out of new ICE vehicles coming soon. There are 12 VW dealers in my vicinity with over 350 ID.4’s on their lots… Sooner or later they are going to have to start budging as the 2024 models are right around the corner and sales typically plummet in December.

They can’t really change the residual since it’s a set percentage by VW credit.
