Congrats & enjoy! I still think that Jeep did an overall great job with the redesign of the GC trims. The previous gen needed a refresh SO badly. I’ve ridden in my friend’s GCL and I found it quite nice for what it is. Her Jeep is nearly identical to yours.
I contemplated getting one with the 5.7 a few times, just because. Ultimately, I really don’t need a third row though.

Specs, it’s a limited trim with no add ons. This gives it passive entry, leatherette, heated seats and steering wheel, wireless apple car play, 10” screen, lane assist, dynamic cruise control.
What ifs missing, that could had added $40 to the payment: rain sensing, panoramic moonroof, premium audio, 360 cameras, cooled seats, genuine leather.
I would have opted for more add ons, had they had one in stock with the captains chairs.
