Signed 2023 EQE 500 Sedan $92,195 MSRP, $0 DAS, MSD, $569/mo+tax, 36/7.5

Have been looking to replace wife’s 2021 e-Tron and tried to stay under $650 all in. Looked for loaners in SoCal and most of the dealers were delusional. One person I talked to over the weekend said this car with 3K miles wasn’t available (apparently another salesperson was holding onto it hoping to sell to one of his customers) but he reached out earlier today asking if I was still in the market. Gave me the deal below and I took it without negotiation, knowing this was far better than anything else I could find in California for EQE across various trims over the past several days.

Made a post here asking if numbers looked alright but, within 5 minutes, couple of brokers called the dealer so I had to remove the post.

MSRP: $92,195
Selling Price: $75,558 (18.1% off)
Incentive: $7,500 EV, $5,500 Amex = $13,000 total
Monthly Payment: $569 pre tax, $623 post 9.5% LA tax ($616+tax if no MSDs)
MSD: $7,000 (max)
DAS: $0, except MSD
Residual: 52%
MF: 0.0011 base, 0.0007 post MSD
LH Score: 13.5

Im the customer it was being held for. Realized electric wasnt for me quite yet. Glad you were able to pick it up, it was a nice car!

I was at 2.6k DAS, 608 including 9 or 9.5% tax, no msds for 36/10

Fyi doesnt matter i think the MF may be wrong, i think its 0.00096 or something base, at least thats what I was told it was

Ah missed your post from last night. Yeah I was given 625 incl tax with 2500 das for 10K. Think 0.0011 is right based on my research and ratefinder.

Thanks for passing the deal!

Congrats on the deal

Now brokers starting to snipe deals to make a buck? Then they get pissed when you go to their dealer for a better deal :joy:

Thanks, yeah it was so annoying. I even mentioned in my original post that credit apps were done and deal was locked.
