I signed this deal a week ago in the suburban Chicago area (not in City of Chicago). I targeted loaners and offered $550 per month via email with only first payment and title, license due at signing. I had MSD’s carryover from a previous 530i xDrive lease (2020 at $450/mo.). I also had $1,500 lease cash and $1,500 loyalty incentives. Calculator is off about $5 per month, the tax total is off a bit, maybe that is the difference. I had a few other dealers come in with offers around $700 per month after I emailed Sales Managers directly. Tried to get this dealer down to $565 but they were adamant that $580 was absolutely the lowest they could go. Car is Arctic Race Blue with Premium Pkg., 19 in. wheels.
