Signed šŸ¦„ 2022 BMW 750i x-drive demo $ 639 monthly with $ 3870 DAS (36 month/10k miles & $110k MSRP)

I may not be able to dethrone the GOAT but GD I’ll give it a shot like the degenerate I am.

I mean at this point, @JohnCaza might as well just become a broker. It’ll be a win win for everyone involved. Normal brokers don’t get slammed with BS 99% of LH leads. John makes money. Cheapo LH gets their 750i with curbed wheels but at 30% off.

Colors and other options aren’t binary decisions — you look at a car holistically and can buy if the price is right.

On a different color, he may have sucked up the wheel drama/price increase and signed. For this one it wasn’t worth it. I think that’s fair. I personally went through this same scenario recently.

I do agree with you and @IAC_Scott that bad faith negotiating is terrible and hope that’s not being done here.

If there’s no realistic price at which you’ll take the car, don’t contact dealers for fun.

Just get’s a little questionable when it’s happened multiple times but I agree with you.

Like the m5 thread? Pretty sure it’s mostly for sport.

It was exactly the same as on the 750, also with lease end, $760/mo lol.

Correct, got to a contract and then something happened. I don’t remember what was wrong with the other M850.

They could’ve been up-front about the scratched rims. Just saying…

Not sure I agree… same dealer that had grandpas 750 with scratched rims had 3 other people lined up, apparently on the same deal (or similar) if mine fell through. @anon63860757 had a handshake deal with them and they blew him off.

Literally takes a finance manager 5 minutes to do… at the end of the day it’s business.

I wouldn’t be able to do it with everything else I have going on lol. I’m ok doing it for myself every 3 years though

I really wanted one, but it didn’t make sense financially… those cars aren’t worth 2 M550s or 2 750s. I wanted to understand the art of the possible on that one and realized it wasn’t for me because the deal wasn’t there.

Where do you find available 2022 loaners?

I get that and I am definitely no shill for dealers but I’d be pissed if I were them. They got you to a whopping 35% off and you walked away from their contract over a $500 charge to refinish wheels!

@jay3 I feel that 50/50 on this. Buying/leasing remote means you gotta be upfront about everything; you simply can’t say, oops I forgot about some wheels. I mean what else did you forget if you forget something that visible?

@JohnCaza Jeez I need a 760 /m M850i vert lmao. Get me one please and thank you! (actually wait a couple of months so I can play with the Porsche first!)

I mean they should’ve fixed that shit for free. I offered to go halfsies with them. The way I see it, they’re in business to make money and that collides with my values of holding onto my money. :joy: No hard feelings if it doesn’t work out. I didn’t break Tuscaloosa’s back when he said to me it’ll be $2/mo more because of taxes after all was said and done. But nothing’s binding until there’s signatures on both sides there. The work is part of their cost of doing business, I don’t see why they would be more or less salty if I backed out or not - clearly they had people lined up. Not sure if it’s BS, but the salesperson from Hudson Valley said they had taken 3 other deposits for the car… Wtf? Anyways :person_shrugging: win some, lose some, it’s business.

you don’t owe anyone an explanation for hacking like a pro. More deals fall through than not due to external factors and others are just being salty about the epic deal.

BTW thanks for the connect, I was able to hack that 70k 530ix loaner and got them to do 29% off w/ base MF. Comes out to $480/mo + tax, 1st DAS. I passed that deal to a good friend on this forum who is signing on it as we speak. And as the GM mentioned to me, it was a pleasure working with you.

lol I, for one, am far from ā€œsaltyā€ about his deals. I give him major props for being able to get to those numbers on not one, but multiple units. Just putting myself in the shoes of the salesman who likely went to bat to get to the 35% and lost out on something as miniscule as curb rash that could be repaired for $150/wheel. That’s all.

Does anyone know of any 2022 740i or 750i loaners deals in California? Any possibility for help here?

I think lease support for 2022s ended yesterday - but someone closer to the subject can correct me if I’m wrong.

Car came today and it’s dope!!!

No scratched rims either  tehehe

@love2lease thank you for inspiring this deal!

Looks amazing.

That’d be sad if lease support ends. I’d be curious if anyone has the answer and can help me find a last minute deal.:slightly_smiling_face:

How many dealers have you emailed so far?

Not emailed. Spoke to quite a few. No one came below a $1000 bucks.:frowning:

The AI email responses from dealerships are a joke. They can’t even answer if the car is leaseabe SMH. Maybe I’m doing something wrong? I was able to get to 900 but nothing close to $650-700. I ended up giving up and will wait till Dec to get a new lease.

I swear. When I said I was looking for a $700/mo payment, the sales guy was like ā€œat that price, I would get the car for myselfā€.

That’s California for youršŸ¤·šŸ¾ā€ā™‚ļø

He ain’t lyin’.
