Signed this today. In today’s environment and South Florida I think it’s pretty decent. Calc is a bit off, actual payment is a bit lower.

Congrats I will be in the market soon for the same car to replace SO’s RX. Definitely decent for SFL. Did you have to work multiple dealers to get this offer? I will be looking at one at about 44-45K MSRP and most likely may use a broker if I can’t get anywhere close to your deal on my own lol.

Didn’t really shop around. Dealer matched online deal that was better than they originally offered. Only first month DAS was important. Overall happy with it

Very good to hear, you certainly got a nice discount.

congrats, can you share the dealer name?

Pines Lexus. Never thought I’d get a decent deal there. Or south Florida in general. I’ve been scarred by local BMW dealers

Good deal congratulations. Did you negotiate at the dealer or via email or calling ?

Went to dealer. Then after initial legwork I sent them a deal straight from their website. I guess called an express deal, which was better and they honored it.

The key is getting a car that’s in stock. The Deal was different when the car was not there physically. But once arrived they said would make it work. Basically they give you worse deal and if you agree, that’s it. I just kept questioning them and showing them better deals and my handy Leasematic app calculator.

Awesome man. Good looking suv :+1:t3:

Do you happen to know the MF and Residual?
What incentive do they have?

Residual is 56 for the nx 300 f sport. 36/10k
For the base Base nx its 54 I believe.
Mf .00011

There’s a 2900 Lexus rebate and the dealer discounted 4k. I don’t think mine is a unicorn , it could probably be duplicated.

That’s my neighborhood dealer lol but years ago I went there to lease an IS and ended up driving all the way to Kendall due to their BS. Also have bad experience taking a prior 3IS there for service. They lied about working on the car and I ended up taking it to JM for service and they were able to fix my lease. As such I despise that place, RX was bought at their sister store in NMB.

PS. MF should be the same but anyone in doubt can head over to edmunds lease forum create an account and ask in the NX Lease section by posting a request and listing your zip code. You’ll see the format others use to request the information there.

Yeah I didn’t expect to get a car there but it worked out. This time.

I been buying my other cars out of state lately.

Yes, my Bimmer was from TX lol and when I met the mobile notary to sign my docs he told me he’s been busy overseeing countless out of state deals from as far as Cali. That was almost 2 years ago, SFL customers are tired of the games these dealers play.

And is all of them. The worst are the ones that tell you that they aren’t allowed to give you numbers over email that you have to go in person lol. I was like “wtf is this 1950” almost everything is done online now days. Lol. Oh forgot to mention the ones that don’t answer at all. You submit 3 inquiries and they don’t answer lol.
