Signed the lease earlier this month as I was thinking about selling my leased 2018 Accord (which was sold to shift later. Please DM me if you need shift referral for gift card ). Emailed several dealers <= 60 miles (SoCal) having inventory of the SE AWD, but no one was willing to negotiate price remotely. Walked in 3 dealers and signed with the third one after some back and forth.
MSRP is $42,435 but dealer had protection package installed. Dealer claimed that’s $1,495 in value but I don’t include it in below numbers since I’m not sure if it’s worth that much (not able to upload pics here, will try again later). What do you guys think about these numbers, is it a good deal in 2021? I know a high down number is not preferred, but just not able to cut that in negotiation …
