MSRP: $69,235
Selling Price: $63,102.85 (I included $500 out of the $1000 OL incentive here since it is dealer contribution). Effectively 8.9% off MSRP.

Drive-Off Amount: $685.00 + MSDs ($4900)

MF: .00116??? (.00088 after max MSDs) I think dealer marked it up a bit, otherwise I couldn’t get calculator numbers to add up based on the rest of the contract numbers. Rent charge is 90.75/month which seems to be in line with the .00088 MF.
Residual: $40,878.15 (59%)
Incentives: $2750 ($1500 lease, $750 loyalty, remaining $500 out of $1000 OL) + full tax credits. Total taxes were just over $600 on this vehicle, so another $3500+ in tax credits.

Houston guy here–My 530i goes back in Sept and the 540i M-sport is on my short list, so I appreciate when TX people post their 540 deals!

Good work on a 540i. I almost got a 530i deal last week in TX, but dealer backed out at last minute  Congrats on the car!

Been wanting a 540i for a while. Passed up on a 2020 back in December for $566/month (GULP!), though it was not nearly as nicely equipped (no M-Sport, convenience package instead of premium, obviously older model).

Nice deal. What’s needed in order to get tax credits on this car?

A willing dealer. Seems most have tax credits available in Texas on sedans right now.

ok  I thought it’s some kind of govt tax credit …

Congrats !

M Sport + 20” wheels is the only way to go on the LCI 5er. Seems a lot of M Sports down south have that combo.

Much harder to located one with the optional 20” wheels up here in the northeast.

This car is also on my shortlist. Cheers :beers:

great deal!
