Not asking if good or bad deal, but fig I post to show an SR5 to give people something to use for those researching. I used @Jeff_BeachCitiesAuto and couldn’t be happier in this process. First I researched for about a month - then executed:

***EDIT: RV is 81% (not 88% as originally put) as I divided incorrectly. Approximately 27,800 divided by MSRP around 34,300, not the 31K cap cost I originally put. Sorry.

I may be off here, but I’m doing the math looking at the Lease Agreement and looks like it is indeed 88%. I took the RV on the agreement ($27,825) and divided by the Cap Cost ($31,310)

RV is based on the MSRP, not cap cost.
