This is what I got on the quote:
Rate: 1.78%
Residual: 0.57%
Does that make sense?
Oh, and the $400 is incl. tax.

Do you have a calc on this? What is the Sales Price (pre-incentive)?

I would keep pushing for more of a discount. I sold Fords for a few years. X-plan isn’t a good enough discount. It’s usually $500-$1,000 over invoice.
I would go to TrueCar/Costco and compare the discounts.

It’s all a bit confusing to me with the numbers. Here is what the calc looks like:
Gross cap. cost: $44,083.09 (I assume that’s including x-plan rebate + fees)
Cap. cost reduction: $6573.42 (dealer incentives)
Adjusted cap. cost: $37,509.67 (sales price after all rebates?)
Residual: $26,063.25
Depreciation: $11,446.42
Rent charge: $2,163.02
Total base payments (36 months): $13,609.44 (sounds reasonable to me)
Base payment: $378.04/mo
Sales / Use tax: $22.68/mo

I guess it’s not an amazing deal, but I am satisfied. I actually paid the same for the 2017 XLT FWD before. So, I got an update to 4WD + heated captain seats in the 2nd row for the same price… good enough for me…
