Signed: 2020 BMW X5 xDrive 40i - 36/12, $823/mo, $0DAS + 7 MSD, MSRP $74195

,

I have been lurking the forums for some time now shopping for an X5 xDrive 40i. Ended up finally signing a deal for a factory order 2020 @ 13.6% off + $750 conquest + BMW OL + $1000 BMW CCA (post).

Year, Make, Model, and Trim: 2020 BMW X5 xDrive 40i
MSRP: $74,195
Sales Price (before rebates): $64,110
Monthly Payment: $823
Drive-Off Amount: $823(first payment) + $5,950 MSD (refundable)
Months: 36
Annual Mileage: 12,000
MF: .00093
Residual: 57%
Incentives: $750 conquest + $1000 BMW OL + $1000 BMW CCA (post rebate)
Region: Northeast (MD) - 6% tax applied to the sale price of the car

Think I did pretty well considering it’s a factory order and the crappy sales tax rules in MD pertaining to leasing. The payment obviously doesn’t factor in the $1000 BMW CCA rebate since that’ll come in the mail a month after purchase. Including a link to the calculator, but not sure how to calculate factoring in zero drive-off, but only first payment DAS.

Please post thoughts…

Post the LHC link with 0 DAS anyway

just posted the edit above with the link.

Looks good deal. But I have a question about deal.
You said you got incentive $750 then what is net selling price from dealer ? $64638 - $750 ?
$63888 is your final net selling price ?

I have another question. You mentioned only drive off amount is $854 + 7MSD. What about doc fee. Bank fee , dmv fee ?

I’d recommend reading leasing 101. The calculator link and breakdown makes it quite clear that it is rolled in (like in most leases)

just updated my deal in the original post. Those original numbers were presented at the time of ordering, however, I was also able to get the dealer to accept the $1000 BMW OL incentive for the Drive Hunger event.

For the poster who asked about doc fees, tags, etc. - those are typically factored into the lease deal.

$823/mo with $0 drive off for a factory order. Just took delivery today
