First of all, big thanks to @Bacons_C.C for all his help and advice throughout this process. He held my hand throughout the whole process as I negotiated with the dealer and got to the price that worked best for me.

I initially was going to sign this deal for $553 a month. However, when I got to the dealer, I found out they had the wrong incentives applied. So after fixing that and further negotiating a few more $ off I was effectively able to shave off $20 from the monthly payment bringing it down to $533/mo

Big discount, so I assume why they raised the money factor? Standard MF is .00118.

Yeah. It’s still around ~16.5% or so pre incentives if you adjust For the hiked up MF.

Couldn’t get any dealer to go beyond 13.5% off with base MF. So pretty happy with this discount. Especially considering that supply of X3s is really low

Yep. When I run your numbers, I get $491/mo. With $1203 out of pocket, including your 1st payment. With $712 remaining divided by the 36 month term, and additional $19.78/mo. Payment of $510.78/mo.
I continue to look myself for an X3 or X4 service loaner. Can’t find numbers anywhere near my BMW 330ix car ($50,178 -2017) with 3200 miles.

The calculator link I posted should have accurate numbers

Taxes figure different in Texas than here in Ohio on a lease. Down payment of -$2663? Are they showing losing money? Oh well. Hope to find something under $500/mo.

Negative payment is to offset the way the calculator calculates taxes. That way it can be rolled up into monthly payment amount.

Interesting. Way over my pay grade! :joy:
