Thanks to everyone in this community I just signed a lease for a 2019 QX50 Essential AWD with Proassist and Sensory Package.

MSRP: $54,845
Selling Price: $46,505
Money Due @ Signing: $2550
Monthly Payment: $415
Incentives: Conquest (not eligible for VPP)

MF: 0.00003
Months: 39
Annual Mileage: 12K
Residual: 55%
State: NJ (south)

I did end up buying the prepaid maintenance and tire & wheel insurance bringing the monthly up to $445. I would highly reccomend the dealer - super easy and quick process and they truly went above and beyond to get it delivered on time. I don’t know if they would be willing to replicate the deal, but should be able to get close.

How much was prepaid maintenance andtire package.

Prepaid maint and tire and wheel insurance was $30 monthly. Deal without was $415, and with it was $445.
