I just signed a sport 2.0T and rolled in window tint and 2 way auto start ($1000) extra for $365, $0 DAS. Seems a little high even for your exl with smaller engine. And my residual is higher by over $1500 that’s crazy!
Sport 2.0 in that range is a good lease number. For fun when I was getting my car serviced I asked how much for a lease on the 1.5 sport and he was at 350+. I laughed. For a 1.5 sport 
1.5t sports are on special at my dealer currently for $319 $0 DAS. Still pass… lol maybe I’d do that for $200
