It’s not bad for a CRV, which leases poorly, but you didn’t get a free $750. That was taken off the discount and you are paying $21/month in negative equity, putting you around $317 which is much closer to what these lease for.

My friend was looking at the same exact model. I worked out numbers for a few weeks. The lowest I got was $334 DAS and $334 a month. However my friend decided to go on his own and sign a deal at a different dealership that was around $1500 up front and $335 a month. After I heard that I realized that I was done helping anyone out …
The numbers I was looking for on that model was high high 200s low 300s without anything due at signing and I think you did pretty good with those numbers.

I had calculated around $310 a month with $310 DAS. They said $338. I asked them to throw in 3-year oil change/etc. and they said no. I told them I don’t need to do deal b/c had two months payments left on my GTI. They finally agreed to write a check for $750 for the payments and I said OK.

I usually never come in and haggle on final price but my wife wanted to see colors in person first and they only had one left on lot for her preferred color so I came in.

Might have gotten another $10 a month off but I was good with $338.

I’d love to see the lease sheet or contract on this. This is effectively $305/month

Here is the original offer sheet I asked for before I finalized. The $750 was added to the final contract and a few other minor changes but this was essentially the deal. The MF was .00065 and RV was 59%. The offer sheet was for a white car but wife changed to mid-grey whatever they called it. Same exact price.

Did the Auto Nation Savings of $4,311.87 include the $500 incentive out there? Also, did they just ground your GTI and turn it in for you, buy out your lease and keep the GTI to sell used, or did they give you $750 to pay off the lease early and you just turned it in early yourself?

Not a stellar deal but the best I could get, I had best deals at Chicago and St Louis for 25,300 & 25,000 sale price respectively. But I am from Omaha, NE and had to travel 6 hours to these cities. I emailed many dealers in Mid West region - Omaha, Chicago, St Louis & Minneapolis. Finally got this at Omaha itself which just had 3 dealers and could not get more aggressive like Chicago deal. So had to take. This is after conquest 500 dollar rebate for EX model AWD. Dealer has 499 worth accessories added which he was adamant not to remove.
