I had to travel for this deal to Ohio form Chicago. Chicago dealers didn’t come even close to this discount… 45 minutes morning flight, the dealer picked me up from the airport, an hour later I was heading back to Chicago (7-hour trip).

How does it drive? Is it similar in driving dynamics as BMW X 3? I test drove new X3, liked it. But thought it was more fit for highway speeds. In the city I enjoyed Lexus better. Smoother and kind of more torque from the stop. Just curious how much X 1 changed? Four years ago didn’t like the ride at all
It actually drives more like 3 series than like X3. Also, there is definitely a big improvement in the last 4-5 years in how X3 handles. Some years ago I test drove 2015-2016 X3 and I was surprised how boring it was in comparison with 3 series.
2019 X1 is fun to drive in the city as it accelerates and handles really well. For a long highway drive, I would prefer my QX60.
