Your calculator doesn’t make much sense. The MF is wrong, the residual is wrong, the MSD is not setup right, and you’re forgetting WA registration which is likely $800 or so.
Regardless, looks like a Portland based deal?
simply try to make # match but not going over line items one by one. Doing a bit different thing as originally the registration is not at WA. It’s a Oregon deal
