So what was the point of them switching up the battery if this could be achieved via software update? 2 extra miles. If anyone cuts it that close an electric vehicle may not be for you haha.
Now that I have come to my senses, it may be tight. 350 to 450 means roughly 2.4k extra. Prestige is 83k vs 76k PP. So you need to find someone who will let you “depreciate” the extra 7k for just 2k (instead of .54* 7k = 3.6k) whereas Audi is charging you overall 1.6k more depreciation on the prestige (2% worse than Premium Plus)… Marketing is 2k more. So you need 1.6k discount on the Prestige Price bump plus 1.6k discount on the overall enhanced depreciation of the Prestige vs PP.
So 3.2k - 2k extra marketing allowance is 1.2k.
That means you need an extra 2% discount from that dealership on the best unicorn deal for a PP to achieve the deal on a Prestige.

Does it help acceleration or the way it drives at all? Most pubs have 0-60 times of 5.2 to 5.5. Would be nice to shave .5 second of that and have much more aggressive throttle in Sport mode (Sport+)?

hi i’m seeing this $7,500 Clean Fuel Rebate For Lease - Expires 08/31/2020. This is separate from the $7500 Federal EV credit right?
Audi gets the $7,500 Federal credit on a lease, and is passing it through. You only get the credit from the IRS if you purchase the car, not lease it.

I don’t know if there’s a reason they wouldn’t continue to pass it through, as inventory is getting low. It will be interesting to see what happens when inventory starts to shift again.
