Picked this up last month. FOMO got the better of my judgement. Definitely didn’t need another car!
Special thanks to those who’ve come before me with their e-tron deals. And especially to those active Audi dealer reps on here who add incredible value educating us.
Took me about 2 weeks to land this after several correspondences to multiple CA dealers. I won’t share where I purchased from out of respect to the dealer, who was absolutely fantastic and transparent is all forms, but I will say that this IS replicable with loyalty. In my interactions with several Audi GMs I’ll say I’ve found each one of them extremely pleasant, upfront and knowledgeable.
Oh and big ups to vhooloo for honoring his donation wager

The 350 etron hack was as enjoyable as the 199 Tundra. However, the etron made it more “exciting” with all the layers of loyalty, market allowance, costco etc etc
I am pretty sure 85% of etron hackers did not actually need the etron.
That is an awesome preincentive discount of 15% off. Did you get that number right off the bat or worked on it back and forth? Did you use Costco discount at all or was this straight up negotiating with dealer?
Definitely didn’t get it right off the bat - that would’ve been too easy! You get 10% off with Costco, but there’s no rule that says dealer has to give you their marketing allowance on top of that. I worked for every single penny here but on that same note, didn’t spend a lot of time wasting time.
Crazy deal. I am waiting for my driving license so I can get insurance in two weeks. This deal keeps on getting better and better. Congrats I don’t have loyalty but even without it, this is awesome
The dealer didn’t quote me. I provided them my terms and asked if they can or can’t. Most say no, not even close. Others consult with they GSM or GM before countering. Only a few I’ve gotten responses via calls from the GM. These are the ones I focused my energy on.
So then your terms was a selling price of 15% off MSRP before incentives? I assume the dealer that you got the deal it took alot of back and forth before they agreed on your terms.
My terms were 16% off before dealer allowances and incentives, at buy rate. I went in equipped with the amount of allowance provided at each dealer region.
Im assuming the risk of having a bunch of these after lease support ends is greater than giving a big discount to someone like OP? There are a few dealers in SoCal that have a boatload of 85k prestige’s still on the lot. Feels like a slow motion train wreck but I don’t know the industry well enough.
