Signed - 2019 750i - $897/mo 36/10 - $110,870 MSRP - New car

This deal was done 3+ weeks ago (June 22, 2019) in the Southeast region. Took me a while to post it as the whole process of learning and seeking wore me out (and there was the Holiday and three rug rats to take care of…).

I could never get the calculator to match-up perfectly on the 36/10 numbers (separate post on that soon, think I identified the discrepancies), but pretty-close:

Bottom line: 36/10 MF .00165 RV 55% $897/mo
MSRP: $110,870 Selling Price (before fees): $82,680
Discount off MSRP: $25,940
Rebates: $2,250 ($2,000 loyalty + $250 USAA)
Post-sale Rebates: $2,100 ($1,500 CCA, $350 BMW FS disposition fee credit, $250 FS under mileage credit)
DAS: $3,000 (includes cash down/down payment, below)
–Cash down: $1,311 (only because I wanted payment under $900 in case of lease swap)
–Taxes: $2,261
–Fees: $91 (license/title, etc.) $689 (dealer doc - yes, ridiculous…)

New car with 14 miles on it at delivery.

Leasehackr Score: ~10.8
Monthly Payment = 0.8% of MSRP

They waived the $399 paint protection package that was originally included in their dealer sticker MSRP, which was $111,269

From what I can tell (I saw the front gross/hold-back screen), the dealer Actually lost $1,100 on the deal, all-in with everything they could squeeze-back from FS and Corp included. The Front Gross was -$7,658 and Hold Back $6,592.

Could I have done better…? Maybe…if I had graduated more recently…but otherwise, not much, and I like my local dealer a lot, and I might even be in-line to get their 2020 M5 Jahre 35 allocation next month…so, pushing much more was not in my interest. That said - I Will Accept All Advice & Ideas about how to improve the next deal…as well as all critiques on this one…Have at it!

I was working a deal on a 750i loaner and your new price was as good as I could do on the loaner! Great deal! Congrats. Beautiful car.
