After a lot of searching a even more negotiating I was able to settle on:

They also were able to absorb the ~3500 in mileage overage from my 328 lease.
Overall I’m sure there was more room to wiggle but I’m happy with the vehicle and the DAS/monthly and I needed to get it sorted before the holidays. (December 30th would have been the 3 series lease maturation)
