Signed - 2018 Honda Accord EX-L 2.0T Navi - $329/ month, $0 DAS

Hi all,
I just hacked my first deal. I’m flying by the seat of my pants and learning as I go, but I’m pretty pleased with where this ended up. Any tips or feedback on what I could have done better?

What’s nice is that I didn’t even pay my first month and they threw in an oil change. So really the monthly factors out to $320.
Looking forward to getting an even better deal on the next one.

Well done, under 1% on a Honda, that’s an awesome deal. People leasing ILX’s instead of this car are crazy

Nice! Signed very similar in NJ last night. Picking up this week. Don’t have full numbers in front of me however ended up $300 / month with $1145 DAS.

Edit: Honda loyalty included

Nice deal considering some on here think an LX at $275 is a deal :joy:

I’m pondering on what the 1.5 would have leased at. Did you get any quotes for that ?

I got a Touring 1.5 just before end of year under $300 …but you still got a solid deal considering you got a 2.0 Navi and 12k

Sad thing is that I will probably not be able to replicate such a deal with such a plethora of options on my next lease.

Great deal! Congrats! What are the breakdown of the $4500 in incentives??

where in nj. im looking for a honda this month. would jump on this one

Sent PM- dumb luck I found one in stock. Very limited 2018 available in the area, had called all over the state looking for

Nice discount. Did you find that they were more aggressive on 2018 models even tho they’re not any different than 19s?

Yes, they wanted them gone! Also the factory had favorable incentives last month that helped lower sales price (pending trim level) and much lower MF for leases.

Can you please PM me dealer? My buddy is looking to purchase a 2018

Thanks all, it’s nice to get positive affirmation of a well executed lease!

At first my goal was to get another luxury sports sedan, but the deals were rare for one that had ACC along with other handy tech features. I went and test drove the EX-L and honestly it’s a very nice car inside and out. When you look closely you can see some differences, but nothing that makes me regret the purchase. I came from a 2015 Q50 and the EX-L has a lot of positives with few negatives vs that car.

Sorry, I did not. I was only looking at the 2.0T EX-L & Touring.
Yeah I’m in the same boat. All these tech features are spoiling me. The 2.0T isn’t a slouch either. The torque is right where it’s needed.

$900 holiday lease cash (Presidents Day??)
$1,500 lease cash
$2,000 Honda Flex Cash

Hi, Do you think you could fill out the lease calculator for this deal? I tried filling it out but couldn’t get to this monthly price. Congrats on new car!

Are you getting a much lower number? I also can’t make the calculator work. Based on the info OP was at 29% off MSRP after rebates, which would provide a sub 300 lease.

Yep. Was getting a lower number as well.

I’m willing to bet that the $900 holiday lease cash wasn’t a real incentive/rebate but the dealer just used to reduce selling price.

Flex Cash would be applied as a down payment if used correctly.

OP, could you pls post the contract for us to learn?

Yeah, I wasn’t able to get the numbers to jive in the calculator, so I didn’t post one.
If someone could please let me know what I was doing wrong, that would be great.

Wow! Seems like a legit deal. I have been trying to get a dealer to deal on a leftover Sport 2.0 for a month with no luck. Congrats.
