Signed 2018 BMW 340i $575/mo w/ tax

Long time lurker here, learnt many great tips from LH forum, thanks y’all! It was my second lease with BMW but it was struggling for me to find the reasonable deal in my areas (TX, OK) because of the tax policy. But I finally found a deal I was comfortable with. Before this new lease, I was leasing a 2016 BMW 328i with 3 months remaining payments and some over mileages, so this deal includes early turn-in my old car and lease a new one.

MF: 0.00188
Residual:59.2%

Region:OK
Leasehackr Score: 9.5 ~ 10? (Not so sure how to roll my accessories fee into LH calculator to get the exact same number from dealership)
Any thoughts on where can I do better next time? Any comments would be appreciated! Thanks.

This only concern I have on this car is, I believe the factory didn’t install my windshield wiper on the passenger side properly…

Thanks for reading!

Is that a ZHP model?

I believe it is not.

Nice discount!

Thats close to m3 money

Thank you!

Hi, Tone… you mean the MSRP is close to M3 price or the monthly payment?..

Msrp of base m3 is 67k. Monthly seems high with msd and incentives

Damn 3 series run into the 60s?! I can understand an M, but that is very surprising.

Yes, that is correct. In my area, we have to pay full tax, that is why monthly seems high.

Nice ride. Not sure if OK does it, but in TX we have to pay tax on the sales price as well, so I only lease when tax credits are available.

Couple hundred off from an m3, nobody’s getting an M3 for low 600’s. They’re 7’s minimum.

Yes. In OK, we also pay on the sales price, which is not friendly for leasing a car.

I just leased a 340i xdrive loaner that had an Msrp of $61130. They actually had a second one with an Msrp of $63k.

Congrats on the new car! How much you are paying for and where you located?

$323 month, got the car in Nebraska. I’ll make a thread with numbers when I have the lease agreement in front of me.

$323 per month? how much DAS? ill take one tomorrow

Wow, $323 monthly, that is an awesome deal!

MSRP - 61180
Sale Price - 50000
Lease incentive - 5000
MF w/ max msd - .00153
24 months / 12k miles

Car has 4500 miles but they still used 66% (40379) as the residual so maybe they screwed that up.

First month and all taxes and fees paid up front. Don’t have the agreement in front of me so not sure on exact fees but plug in those numbers you will get $325 pre tax
