@pickelz when you bought this was it considered a new car? In California, loaners are stamped as used and wonât qualify for CVRP. I am trying to see if in Texas they are listed as new and would then qualify for CVRP when shipped to CA.
I believe it canât purchased/leased from out-of-state.

No, vehicles purchased or leased outside of California are not eligible for CVRP.

Ownerâs choice by BMW is only in IL, GA and TX.
@pickelz bought from out of state, so his price doesnât include sales tax on entire price, but he couldnât have done OC either.
