Should I wait for the 2025 Audi e-tron GT or get the 2024?

My Audi TT lease is ending Feb 2025 and am looking to get into an E-tron GT because of the insane deals at the moment.

The 2025 GT is coming out soon and was wondering if I should wait or just get the 2024 model.

Do you think dealers will be aggressive with the 2025 lease pricing?

Do you have a choice? Your TT will probably have massive negative equity if you try to end the lease now.

And you should follow pricing trends instead of thinking today’s deals (which are just average) are anywhere close to insane.

You should wait.

Yeah, I can decide to wait it out. I paid MSRP when I got my TT, and Audi offers a 6-month pull-up program so now is the time to start thinking of switching. I’ve been lurking the Edmonds lease listings and surprised to see that the GT leases are currently cheaper than my TT lease.

far as I know Audi does not offer a pull ahead program anymore. I have a lease on a 22 GT coming to an end and have reached out about it to a few dealers. All have said it was discontinued years ago.

Yeah, I think I’ll wait and see. I really want the 2025 mid-cycle refresh, though, because of the better range, but I am not willing to pay MSRP+ for it lol

Wow, did they even mention the pull-ahead program when you bought it? I would definitely try to contest that. When I got my TT in 2022, they kept mentioning that I could return it six months early. They even said that I’d probably get calls from them asking for my car back anyway.

unless its in the contract they won’t honor it. I even told them I would be going to Porsche instead since they have a conquest pull ahead that could put me in a taycan and they didn’t care lol

Unfortunately that probably means the TT was a bad deal more than it says anything great about the GT deal.

the GT deals are not going anyway anytime soon. If anything they will get more aggressive. I may consider purchasing a pre-owned newish low mile taycan at 50% off MSRP instead. Thats where the deals are for these things. I saw a 168k RS GT the other day with 5k miles on it LOADED go for 71k. I wouldn’t buy or possibly lease any of these new unless you can get one of these deals…Salesman Unlocks the Greatest Audi Lease Hack of All Time! - AudiWorld

I read that article last year, but people said it was a rare deal while it lasted. I’m not sure if it can be readily duplicated this time around.

I leased with that dealership back in Feb and the article is complete exaggeration. I still do believe I got the best deal they would do at the time and all in for 166k I’m about $1060/mo… should have returned audicare right away for less. Still best deal by far since then (i think they had some better deals in nov/dec 2023)

Car is a beast and I am glad to not be seeing many on the road. Although I would likely prefer a similarly spec’d Taycan, I do prefer that Ive seen my car on the road like 3 times in my area, prefer the look and interior. Wish i had a glass pano roof tho instead of carbon fiber

That’s what the Audi dealers have always told me, the last time being in Feb 2022.

Did you drive the 24 already? I would probably wait.

It has been 2.5 years. I wouldn’t count on that.

Call Audi financial and see what they say?

I’m thinking of waiting for the 2025. I haven’t driven the GT, but I regularly drive my spouse’s Taycan. I know it’s not the same, but I’m very familiar with the size and what I like/dislike.

I asked them, waiting to hear back.

it does when the dealer calls and rolls in the 6 payments on the new lease lol
