Should I take the deal - 21 BMW X2 M35i

Hello, I am in Northern California. Currently working on closing a deal with a BMW dealership in Orange County. Numbers for the 2021 BMW X2 M35i below (36/10k/$0):

MSRP: $51,945
Selling price: $44,445
DV: 57%
MF: 0.00093

DAS: $1,310.00
Monthly: $557 base + tax

Thx

What incentives (if any) are baked into the sale price?

I think you meant RV, instead.

Can you post a link to the calculator or a shot of the lease worksheet? Is the dealer padding somewhere?

Break down the incentives from the dealer discount, and plug the numbers into the calc. Seems a little high on first look.

I did, thank you

Great questions. Will get all that info soon and will share. Thank you

How does this deal compare to the target deal you put together before talking to any dealers based on the current lease programs as they apply to you and researched pre-incentive discount values from the shared deals and marketplace?

I didn’t even have a target deal put together. I inquired directly through the website, and got the initial numbers that he presented to me, and went from there. I see now, looking through other posts that its wise to do what you are referring to first. Thanks for pointing that out.

Hi Matthew, sent you a PM regarding an executive demo in your area for a target deal. Check it out and see if it’s worth pursuing.

Does the $5K discount include the $2.5K rebate? Agree w/ the other poster who suggest you plug into the calculator. I’m not good w/ this stuff, but something seems a bit… off.

You’re right. Even with $0 DAS the monthly is still lower than the offer. Thank you.

Why do you have $3810 in incentives listed? Your offer says $2500

If you correct the incentives and gov fees, it pretty much matches
