I am not aware of anything else similar. As already mentioned, what’s the timeframe you’re looking for? If it’s 2-3 months, long term rentals with a corp code or some type of hack will probably be most cost effective.
Over 2-3 months, you can look at the private transfers here or swap a lease, also already mentioned.
