Looking for a short term lease 12-18 months, preferably EV or hybrid under $600. I’m in Chicago so taxes are a pain point.

Nissan offers an 18-month flex lease on the Ariya. Best incentives are in the northeast, but worth checking what’s happening with your local dealers.
Have you looked at the Polestar 2 leases? They offer a 24-month flexible lease that you can terminate after 5 monthly payments. There are have been some good deals on Polestars in the Marketplace, not sure if any of those dealers ship to Chicago.
