Decided to check out BMW X5 45e. Given current market, have no idea what would be a good purchase price (before trade). Any thought? Hope to purchase by 10/25/21.

Strictly msrp in my area. Best deal is 2% offered by some brokers but will probably be offset by broker fees, shipping, etc. BMW will not pass on tax credit so lease is not a very good option for this car.

Keep checking his thread daily and see if something becomes available. That’s you best bet probably. @nextlevelautobrokers

Thanks, will do.

I’m shooting for 3-4%, wish me luck.

I just settled for 2K over MSRP for a build. This was for a purchase. I did get the $750 loyalty credit. Certainly not a great deal but for a build it was the best I could do as there are close to no build slots in all of New England for the 45e at this time.

That does not sound right. Reach out to @nyclife

I hear ya man. I did reach out to @nyclife who is awesome and helped me with my M340i lease. Unfortunately his dealer did not have any build slots for the 45e. I do think the deal I got could be beat by someone who is motivated but I doubt during the current market it could be beat by a ton (maybe slight deduction off MSRP) and have it delivered in a reasonable time frame. Happy to be proven wrong though.

I have a dealer in Cleveland that will do $1000 off msrp for a new build.

Man it is just crazy this days I’m looking for x5 xDrive 40 72k msrp. Like payments are so freaking high in VA and plus taxes…

Very hard allocation to get. We have some but at MSRP. Some may offer a discount however it’ll be months before they have an allocation.

Nice, in my case broker fee and shipping fee would erode most of the savings for me.

In suburban Philadelphia. Dealers want from $500 -2000 for a build. This week was the last date for a 45e build. I also inquired on an X3 build.
$500-1200 for a build. Lease costs near $900 for 45e. No thanks.
