Great to know. If only there was more loaner inventory lol
There are still some 24s out there in the wild.
Here’s a good format for you (stick tap to ZZ) and an example of a good deal on a brand new i5 e40:
2024 i5 eDrive40 (Dark Graphite x Black Veganza) ($75xxx MSRP) (SOLD)
-Premium Package, 20" Wheels, Iconic Glow Grille, Bowers Wilkins, & DAPP
-36/7500 lease
-$3000 driveoff
-$499/mo+tax (no MSDs)*
-$459/mo+tax (w/ 7x MSDs)*
*Quotes are based on Tier 1 credit approval with BMW FS and require valid Loyalty/Corporate. No Loyalty/Corporate adds ~$45 to the payment. EV Conquest adds ~$15 to the payment.
He asked what a good deal was so I told him lol I have done quite a few at that figure since ive been hacking with buy rate mf and no extra bs. Just have to shake the trees a bit.
I hear you, there were some 30s just days ago… They may or may not come back but I wouldn’t expect 30% pre-incentive with buy rate today unless it’s something really undesirable for various reasons: funky color/build or very high mileage with some serious tire/other wear.
He 382.27 is before interest is apply .
Hi are you just letting me know how to structure my posts? Please message me so I can ask more questions!
What does MSDS mean w/7x MSD?
Incentives still apply but they are reduced on service loaners since the msrp is already lower then getting a brand new one.
I have hacked two BMW EV loaners for ~30ish% discount but it took a lot of time and searching through different dealer’s websites. Mid 20s discount for a service loaner is very strong IMO.
Both, format and discount. Unless you are fully transparent and offer competitive deals, you’ll get no traction here. You do this and you’ll thrive. Again, spend time on Marketplace to research what you’re up against.
MSD = Multiple Security Deposits
Both these comments make no sense at all. Who quotes a monthly “before interest is apply”? And MSRP is the MSRP. Being a service loaner or not does not change that.
I see a very steep learning curve ahead. Wonder if @delta737h can come up with a formula for this one?
Nope. OP needs to learn how leases are structured including how to calculate payments…
As @Jon said… it makes no sense. Maybe it’s the monthly depreciation payment. But why would the depreciation payment be used as part of the total DAS instead of the full payment? Or is it the pretax payment? None of this makes any sense. It would be nice to know the MF and residual. OP doesn’t even disclose the sales tax rate which looks to be around 10.00%.
It’s for reasons like this that I seldom respond to posts that show OP-authored data as it is often inaccurate. I prefer to see a dealer worksheet which may also be inaccurate but at least it’s coming from the dealer. BTW, am I to understand that OP is a dealer?
You need to provide a detailed dealer worksheet b/c some of your disclosures (i.e., payment 382.27 v. 499) make no sense. Also, you haven’t provided the money factor, residual, and sales tax rate. We can’t help you unless you give us the full story.
