I could have added other discounts if I qualified for them. Sucks.
It’s actually pretty standard for BMW to make you pay for everything
BMW is like the Ruth Chris of cars…you want fries with that steak…you gotta pay extra.

That works for Spirit and Ryanair. It’s damaging to a luxury brand IMO - also certain things should be standard at this point. Blind spot detection, park distance control, nav or at least allow CarPlay, Sirius etc. heck add heated seats. This isn’t a virtual cockpit or HUD we are talking about.
