I suppose just like anything else in a surplus market there’s opportunity for markdowns just like in a shortage market there’s certainty of markups.

@Raven is pointing you in the right direction with that forum.
From what I recall in the 2012-2014 time frame they more look like a rental contract than a lease contract. The ones we had were $2500 / mo + a per mile charge which I do not recall off the top of my head.
Most of the leasing is done by established companies that are leasing / renting 10-100 at a time. I never really saw MF / RV type details on them though similar to autos, the first three years take a pretty big depreciation. Especially with 350,000 miles on them in that time frame.
