And insight on Vrooming a Volvo with MSDs and getting those returned?
Will phone them on Monday as well

Is my security deposit deducted from the payoff amount of my leased vehicle? If not, when will I receive it?

Security Deposits are typically mailed to you.

Payoffs are usually quoted without deducting your security deposit. Your security deposit will be returned to you after we have received your payoff check and processing has been completed, which could take up to 14 business days.

If a dealer is paying off your account as part of the purchase or lease of another vehicle, this process can vary. For additional details, you can contact us at 1-866-499-6793.

Worth mentioning that volvo takes their time with returning MSDs, even on a normal turn in.

Worth noting that it was in April of this year, so right when everything shut down for covid

Turned my old lease in last month and got my check for MSDs in about 3 weeks.
