Santander/Mitsubishi One pay

As long as any down payment + rebate is less than tarde in value, it is not taxable. at least in my past two experiences with 2 different brand.

Did I say I get tax credit because of just one pay?

Yes, it certainly appears you did

I did not mean the one pay is not taxable , I meant IF one can pay with a reduced Money factor, a one-pay option makes sense. In my case, I can put the majority of the payment toward Capital Cost reduction and leave a small amount for Depreciation(which is taxable) Again, I am not sure if they have a one-pay option or if a one-pay reduces the Money Factor. It was all wishful thinking.

Cap cost reductions are taxed in FL as well

then you are right and dealers did it incorrect in my previous deals.

How so? The deal you posted was $381 + $1999 DAS.

He is getting $5k tax credit from State.

Santander isn’t a bad bank. They are a full spectrum bank which makes them unique compared to other lenders. If you’re looking for a terrible bank, look at US Bank and BoA.

Also the Outlander PHEV is offering a stupid lease right now. And it is highly rated across all reviewers. But you probably own a Kia or a Hyundai and think you’re cool or something.

I’ve been in the car business long enough to remember when people crapped on Kia’s and Hyundais.

But yeah the lease for a $50k MSRP Outlander is like $350-$400 with $0 down at 24 months. I sell high end luxury cars and I would strongly consider a Mitsubishi Outlander compared to the RAV4 or any other make
