Sam's club expired membership for Mercedes

Hello everyone,

I have a Sam’s club membership that expired end of November. If I reactivate it will I still be able to qualify for the $1250 cash for new Mercedes? Will it use my original membership date of Nov 2022 in order for me to qualify (and meet the 60 day active membership).

Do you have PenFed or AMEX? Those are the same as Sams club.

For Costco, when I reactivated it shows the start date as the first time I bought it
