The discount looks pretty solid, but the initial payment and outrageous $799 doc fee looks pretty bad.

Warranty premium says $0 say in the screenshot. If it’s included, it only added $20/month to the deal anyways. Personally, I don’t think the $1300 for service is worth it.
You should take advantage of MSDs. The savings there can pretty much pay for the warranties if you really want them.
They are not giving even $1 more off from the payment. I walked out on then today as they didnt get to my # of 520.

I went in this weekend to negotiate a RX 350 F sport. MSRP was 57k or so, got them down to 485/mo on 36 months with 10k miles a year, with only inception. They would have gone down further when I told then yesterday o was going to pass. Not sure how your deal stacks up compared to mine given the term and mileage difference.
too long of a lease period…why 42 mo? is it to get closer to your payment? Making the lease period longer to lower the payment is in their favor, not yours

they are not offering me 39 months at the same price. 549.00, 15 miles per year, 1500 out of pocket, full service and wear/tear and taxes(6%) included. My broker friend said its a good deal and I should take it 
I get about $475 per month, or close to it without MSDs. Factor another $1295/42 into it or $31, and the total lease payment should be in the $505 range. This would include $1600 out of pocket including first payment, which would bring total lease to around $532. Did not include free service as most dealers will get include either the 1st year, or the first 2 years in.
I’d make the drive to Nalley Lexus of Roswell outside of Atlanta. I’ve heard of them doing all paperwork via email and certified mail so you only need to pick the car up from them
I’m pretty sure this isn’t a very good deal.
